Our cased hole perforating system conveyance methods are Wireline and Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP). The conveyance method chosen depends on the length of the interval to be perforated, the weight and size of the guns to be run and the geometry and deviation of the wellbore.
Overview
Tubing Conveyed Perforating System
In this method, casing guns are inserted in tubing, run downhole and positioned at the required perforation depth after which charges/explosives are detonated
Features and Benefits
- Used for large diameter guns
- Suitable for use in highly deviated and horizontal wells
- Can perforate long and widely spaced intervals in a single run
- Allows for multiple zones to be isolated and perforated at once
- Combinable with most gun systems
