However, in the unlikely event that Company may require specialized service under the project, for which technical expertise which is not readily available in country; Dynequest pledges to ensure that use of such expertise will be limited to the specific event. At all time, we will ensure that a local Ghanaian manpower is immediately trained for future similar events.
